Refund policy

Each photograph in this shop is a custom-made creation. Crafted especially for you and not taken from stock, making them a unique addition to your collection.

Please note that Limited Edition series are not returnable. 

The right of withdrawal does therefore not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated.

You expressly agree that the order will be executed before the end of the cancellation period, and I am aware that I will thereby lose my right of cancellation for individually manufactured products.

International customers are responsible for paying any and all international fees, duties, customs and taxes.
Please be aware that customs authorities allow only a limited time for collection. If an order is not collected in time, the shipment may be returned to us or, in some cases, retained by customs. Should your artwork be returned, additional shipping costs will apply for resending.

If the print is damaged upon arrival and this is communicated within 24 hours of receipt, we will help you to get a new one instead.
